We are America’s Finest Homes, a San Diego native, husband-and-wife owned property management company. Truthfully, our story may not be all that different from yours. When we first got into this business, we worked with many property management companies—and unfortunately, our experience was nothing to write home about. We were surprised by the lack of communication, care, and urgency in the property management industry as a whole.

Coming from a military family with our background in real estate investing and over twenty years of combined real estate experience, we saw a major need for quality, trustworthy property management in the San Diego market. That’s when we decided to build a company that provided all the missing elements of an above-average property management provider. We wanted better, and we wanted to provide better — so we did!

We are also extremely proud and confident to have Nick Taylor, our broker, at the helm! Nick brings 20+ years of real estate experience, 13 of those as a broker, he is a master of contract law, negotiations, and California real estate policy and law in general. His expertise ensures our clients receive the highest level of protection, clarity, and professionalism in every transaction and every contract we touch.
